College Students Face a Felony for Throwing Snowballs

This is unbelievable - 2 Virginia (state) college kids have been charged with a felony - the offense throwing snowballs at a snow plow and a police car.  It happened during a blizzard last saturday.  Charles Gill and Ryan Knight, both 21  began throwing snowballs at a city plow. The driver called the police - they show up in an unmarked car so the kids start throwing snowballs at them. They were arrested and charged with   get this---Throwing missles at occupied vehicles , which is a felony. What!!!! If convicted they face between one and five years in prison.  This is how insane our world has become
