Boy Hit By Lightning

(Duluth, MN)  --  A Harris teenager is in stable condition after being hit by lightning as storms rolled through the Duluth area last night.  Police say the 16-year-old was jogging along the West Skyline Parkway when he was struck.  Up to two inches of rain fell from Brainerd to Duluth.
