Biber Facing Up To 24 Years In Prison

(Minneapolis, MN)  --  A former Twin Cities attorney accused of having sex with a minor could face up to 24 years in prison.  Forty-six-year-old Aaron Biber [[ BY-bur ]] pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct last week.  After finding aggravating factors in the case, Biber was ordered to remain behind bars without bail.  He will be formally sentenced in September.  Biber was treasurer of the state Bar Association when the sexual assault happened last fall.
